I believe this is the same person as Rich Taylor. Nuka-Cola marketing memo points toward a character in the Watoga area. Outside Pylon V-13 you find Rich Taylor's testament which points towards Clara and eventually leads to being able to open the dome in Black Mountain Ordnance Works belonging to Nuka-Cola bottling plant.
Given this information, this page should be merged into Rich Taylor. I suggest removing Marcus Taylor and linking to the other page instead. Maybe also indicate that Rich's full name is "Rich Marcus Taylor".
