Random encounter?

It says that the liberty prime voice module is dropped by a sentinel PA from a random encounter, but I'm relatively certain that it is always initially found at Relay tower 0BB-915(At least that's where it always spawned for me in all 11 of my FO4 playthroughs). Just to be safe I'll reword it since it's not technically a random encounter if it's a guaranteed spawn. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 8SilverEdits (talk • contribs).
