could his name be a ref to wes johnson the voice of mr burke?

I deleted the bit about him being a referance to Father Grigori from HL2, becuase if anyone in F3 is a homage to Grigori it's the mad preacher near the ranger compound. TunnelSnake 16:26, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
