Who's pic is that?

The picture shown is President Kimball's outfit. You can tell because of the little NCR pin on the lapel. The Kings outfit has a leather jacket with a popped collar.

Will the real King's outfit please stand up?

Speech bonus?

Anyone else think this should have gave a speech bonus? I mean look at it. Suave as heck.
