Minor Edit

I just edited out the line:

" This Perk is very good and useful and whatnot."

From the page. This page isn't about the perk, and it doesn't sound very professional anyway.

Unclear

This article is ambiguous as to how the perk is unlocked. Does it mean, "Collect 30 of one item and repair it using 30 copies" or, "Repair 30 different things at the same time in pip-boy and gain the perk" or, "make 30 repairs throughout gameplay and gain this perk"? Because i have made waaaaay more than 30 repairs to different items and have yet to gain the perk. As of right now i could move into the pip boy's inventory 26 repairs of over 15 different items. God, how i want that perk...

The perk is not unlocked by the achievement. It's unlocked by selecting it once your repair is at least 90 and your level is at least 14. For example, if you're level 13 with a repair of 85, when you level up you can put 5 more points into Repair and then select this perk. --Kris 02:36, June 21, 2011 (UTC)

TYVM. I was quite frustrated. Guess i know where the rest of my points are going into! (Repair of 49, But locks and science are maxed!) Thank you, DK.
