Not sure if you want to list this but I had a bug starting this quest. Donny was under the game world just east of the Custom House Tower (north of the Shamrock Taphouse). I was running along and suddenly heard him talk. I used "tcl" to go under the game world, targeted him, went back up and used "moveto player", then "tcl" again (being sure to un-target Donny) to turn clipping off.

It's not necessary to kill any crew Edit

With all the Sneak perks and several U.S. Covert magazines, I was able to sneak down and get the warhead without killing anybody. While wearing power armor (jetpack). GRPeng (talk) 06:32, May 8, 2016 (UTC)

Power Armor Edit

With the Jetpack addon, it's easily possible to get on the ship with power armor. Tap space a few times and fly to the stairs.

Getting onto the sub with power armor.

After finding the sub the first time, fast travel to it. Turn left from where you are facing and travel to that corner of the barge. Then face west and do a running jump. If done correctly, you will land on the sub. Simply walk your way to the conning tower.

"Soviet elite" privately importing US soft drinks? Edit

This sounds about as asinine as the rest of the typical Cold War propaganda dissiminated by the US regime. It is a well-known fact that an American soft drink - Pepsi Cola - was officually mass-imported and produced in Soviet Union under license and full support of PepsiCo. It was readily and widely available everywhere and to everyone in USSR. The poster might actually be referring to that fact (although one might say it is a long shot). The idea of Soviet elite importing Western soft drinks is ridiculous, if only because Soviet soft drinks were far superiour in quality and taste to Western ones. PepsiCo only managed to get its foot in the door under the conditions of 1980 Moscow Olympic deal (although there are reports that it was sold in USSR even before that). 08:13, August 11, 2017 (UTC)
