"Owned" items

Is there a reason anyone is aware of as to why a fair number of the items in the lobby in/around the desk are marked as owned? Since it's controlled by raiders this seems rather strange and especially since it's not every item but rather "here and there" that are marked "owned." Can anyone else verify this is the case?. In addition, there only appeared to be one Overdue Book in the room mentioned so I've gone ahead and made the change as other sources suggest there indeed should only be one Overdue Book in that location. --Thegreatdookutree (talk) 04:41, December 26, 2015 (UTC)

I didn't encounter any owned objects in the hotel, so I cannot verify.
