This Armor is the only one besides the Brotherhood Fatigues I really enjoy wearing on my character....what a shame it can't be customized or upgraded...

I might have to mod the game just to make it so these 2 armors are more useful. This one is Covered in bags and even a backpack and doesn't help with carry weight ?
