Resurrection[]
I killed Fantastic for taking the credit after completing That Lucky Old Sun quest for the NCR (divert power to Freeside and New Vegas). However, he appears to have been resurrected by some futuristic NCR technology, as he's present at Hoover Dam. How many times do I have to kill this guy?
He's obviously a zombie, and as such, you gotta shoot 'im in the head.--

No negative effects from killing him at Hoover Dam?[]
I killed him at hoover dam and got no NCR infamy and no guards even cared. I was detected and killed him with a shotgun right next to the head engineer. Can anyone else confirm if this is consistent?
Would make a bit of sense since he's not NCR, just working for them.
