I only found this on forum posts discussing the game, so I cannot verify it, but I found some claiming other stat influences like so:
- Perception affects the likelihood of avoiding combat when spotting enemies in the Wasteland;
- Charisma affects the likelihood of encountering friendly beings in the Wasteland
- Intelligence affects the likelihood of being able to help friendly beings found in the Wasteland (ie, healing wounds_
- Agility affects damage taken when fleeing combat in the Wasteland; higher Agility = less HP lost
