Skill books appearing in themes can be respawned by reloading the theme Edit

That don't seems to work with GOTY edition on PC. If you ask Moira to remove a theme then you buy it again, skill books don't respawn. 15:04, April 27, 2010 (UTC)

Max Number of House Improvements Edit

Can I actually buy more than one housing improvement life first labratory and thenbuy the nuka cola machine?(they're in different places in your house so.....)

  • oh yea, I wish I had a source I could to you show but yes (put in artical?) also, mark you comments. 12:05, 7 April 2009 (UTC)

Adding the modules to your house/suite Edit

Maybe it's just me blasting through a lot of text in the game, but I haven't been able to install the various modules you can buy from Moira. I bought a First Infirmary, but it's there as an item in my Misc. tab. How does this work?

The modules - Workbench, Jukebox, Infirmary, Vending Machine - are automatically installed once you buy them; the holotape item you get simply functions like a "deed" to that item (see the house enhancements for Oblivion). Put it away in a desk or something.

== how do u add decor themes to your house/suite...... do you like buy it from someone ?

I'd also like to know this. I'm on the 360, and haven't seen any "themes".
You have to talk to Moira Brown about your house (not trading), and then ask about themes. Then she'll allow you to choose a theme, then you must trade with her, and you can buy the theme. 12:24, 29 April 2009 (UTC) (Actually Tedjuh10, but I don't have time to login :P)

How does one load themes, and do the decor items respawn?

Ive bought the Vault theme and the Science theme but I want the Vault one back... --Extremofire 19:33, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

I’m sure it can be done by cheating with console commands, however the proper way to do it is to go to the merchant, either Moira or Lydia and purchasing it, although you will still have to pay for it even if its one you purchased in the past. ReapTheChaos 12:12, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

"tidying up" Edit

"...both Wadsworth and Godfrey will remove items over time.."

What exactly is meant by this? Does anyone have confirmation of Wadsworth/Godfrey actually taking something, or was it merely a case of the items disappearing mysteriously?

--Watch the pen, yo. 18:55, November 12, 2009 (UTC)

I'm also interested in this, I've put some stuff in the shelf, does this means that Wadsworth/Godfrey will remove it? And when it is so, could I just kill Wadsworth/Godfrey to prevent this? -- 17:08, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

I have been testing this out myself. You can read what I posted on the talk page for Wadsworth. Seeing as nobody else has stepped in to confirm this statement that Wadsworth/Godfrey will remove items from your home, and my own tests have confirmed otherwise, I am going to remove the statement from the article page. ReapTheChaos 12:04, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

Feel free to. I haven't noticed them removing anything either. -- Porter21 (talk) 12:06, February 3, 2010 (UTC)

To the original poster... Edit

The My First Infirmary shows up on the second floor of the Megaton House, opposite of the bedroom and utility room. It is a small medical cart with the Medical Box on it and an oxygen tank stand next to it.

Overwriting Edit

Question: if one has already manually placed some items on shelves, tables, etc. would they disappear upon buying a theme? Does purchasing a theme delete any conflicting items before placing those that come with the theme? - CursedToExist 19:32, June 7, 2010 (UTC)

Checked for myself - it does not, they just lay on top of each other. - CursedToExist 11:42, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Oven Edit

A very quick question, do any of the themes for the Megaton House have an oven in them? Kevinsux909 05:17, October 11, 2010 (UTC)

House themes Edit

Do the house themes cost caps? Can i revert to the original at anytime or enable disable any themes that i currently have?

Does adding a theme remove items? Edit

I spent a lot of time adding random items throughout my home for decoration, will these items disappear if I get a theme?

No, see "Overwriting" above. Cum hoc ergo propter hoc 09:19, November 15, 2010 (UTC)

Additional Containers Edit

I vaguely remember that some themes will add an extra container to your home, and I'm having trouble figuring out which one or ones they are. Does anyone know? (my apologies for anyone googling for this only to find my question) - Noobyorkcity (talk) 13:23, June 30, 2013 (UTC)

Only the Vault Theme and only for Tenpenny Tower. ( 06:03, July 7, 2013 (UTC))
