UntitledEdit

How come, even though I've killed all three surface Deathclaws, killed the Mother, and shot all four eggs, Gabriel still says that they have to wait? I've even rested for 7 days, and he still says they have to wait. In something unrelated, I think, Razor always resets to her first dialogue line every time I talk to her, and it never says: You see: Razor? It always says that I see a depressed woman. EDIT: The quests don't even show up in my Status Log in my Pip-Boy. Slaya33 20:51, July 28, 2010 (UTC)

Maybe depend on what version you play. I never had a problem once all the deathclaws + mother and eggs where dead. Or depend on what dialog option you choose with Gabriel (Gun Runners). As long you ask weapons for yourself and leave the map, after you come back, you can get another 1000 xp everytime you go speak with Gabriel and keep asking for weapons for yourself (need to leave the map everytime to reset). Once you ask weapons for the Blades, you cann't get xp anymore.

Extra tip: Kill all the deathclaws but don't kill the mother and the eggs yet. Instead, rest 1 hour on the map where you just killed the deathclaws (2-3 for 2000 or 3000 xp) so they can respawn. Leave the map and come back, again you have 2 or 3 Deathclaws for another couple of thousands xp. This process you can repeat over and over.

Hope this all help.

PS: Don't worry about this quest not showing up, there are more quests in fallout with don't come in your questlist. About Razor, once you have the weapons for the Blades, the next dialoge option with her will start automatically (gonna ask to fight the Regulators). So no worries, all fine ;-)

Egg taunts Edit

You wanna read about something funny? The Deathclaw eggs make gangster-like taunts when injured on rare occasions, it's hilarious but is threatening considering they contain infant deathclaws that must be destroyed.--Breakin'Benny (talk) 01:01, March 5, 2014 (UTC)

Alternate Rewards Edit

Ok, first, I got 1000xp as a reward, not 4.5k. (Same if choosing weapons / ammo for self or for blades) Also, the alternate reward if you choose to ask for them for yourself = 4 lockers full of loot:

locker 1: 1 plasma rifle, 1 plasma pistol, 40 MFC, 80 SEC

locker 2: 1 rocket launcher, 3 explosive rockets

locker 3: 1 power fist, 1 ripper

locker 4: 2 plasma grenades, 4 frag grenades, 4 stimpacks

The third option (No need to pay me, your thanks is enough) - picking this ends dialog with Gabriel thanking you, but the quest is left open - no XP received or anything. Initiating dialog again and you can still pick a reward.

I didn't add the info to the page, because I'm unsure if it has anything to do with the version I'm playing or anything odd like that - I'm playing the GoG bundle that was free in Dec 13 for FO1,2 and tactics. Kalanos (talk)
