Two different Energy Cells?

I just noticed I have two different kinds of Energy Cells. I got it somewhere on Point Lookout, but I don't know the exact time or location (I think I got it under the Lighthouse). I checked its ID with the console and it was 0301151d. This seems a bit unusual to me... has anyone else seen something like this?
