Okay, I'm back with a better source. According to the number 1138 has not only appeared in Star Wars IV, but ALL of the Star Wars movies, AND all of the Indiana Jones movies, plus all of the Star Wars video games. And, as 38 already mentioned, THX 1138. Plus a few other non-Lucas-based video games, like Escape from Monkey Island and Zack McKracken.
