Im almost sure the voiceover for this character is Ice Cube... can someone confirm ?

Appearance quest related?

Ive never seen this NPC. Ive searched around since reading this and still nothing. Does he only spawn as part of the 'Still in the Dark' quest initiating without Veronica as a companion? And is he permanent following quest completion or does he disappear from the game? --Xclockwatcher 22:30, May 23, 2011 (UTC)

He is not a follower, he only appears in the quest. If you have Veronica, the quest will be skipped wich means no dobson.

I don't believe my statement implied he was in any way a follower. Sorry ahead of time, but I just have to say, your response reads like the canned 'help' from tech support. The kind where key words are scanned but not read. Please read more closely and sign your posts.

Many characters appear regardless of quest activation. My concern is with how Dobson's appearance is triggered and his permanency(or lack of) following the associated quest's conclusion. So...it may be likely that he doesn't spawn if Veronica provides access to the Hidden Valley Bunker. Does this also apply if the player is invited via ED-E's companion quest?--Xclockwatcher 06:36, June 8, 2011 (UTC)
