Lighter build

The movement speed seems increased when carried, not down the sight.

can anyone confirm this, and do we think this^ is what's meant by 'lighter build'?

Honestly I think the weapon itself is an Assault Rifle that was given a combat Rifle Body and mods, it is lighter than a fully modded AR, and does more damage per shot. and the upside it looks like the AR from previous Fallouts. --Kage Yojimbo (talk) 15:49, June 8, 2016 (UTC)

No What I mean is.. while it might be heavier. Your movement speed is increased while the weapon is drawn. like certain legendary clothing 'movement speed increased 10%'

Reference to ... various?

Does anyone know what "December's Child" is supposed to be referencing? So far I've found the following:

An album and song by Mark Olson and the Creekdippers

A song by Cyndi Lauper (minus the 's)

A Rolling Stones album (December's Children (And Everybody's))

Various poems published on the internet with no dates listed

This may simply be a very generic ingrained universal cultural thing that I just happen to have never heard of (ala the No Time To Lose skit from Monty Python). Noobyorkcity (talk) 20:57, August 25, 2020 (UTC)
