This info doesn't sound right to me? is it really cut content, because I think I remember doing a quest or something in FO3 with it. and also there is another page: Constitution of the U.S.A. that lists quest info from rivet city? --Xa3 00:15, June 24, 2011 (UTC)

The quest you are refering to is Stealing Independence where you steal the Declaration of Independence. This is an item cut from Point Lookout. They might have planned on putting this in but noticed that they already had a constitution at Rivet City. --KKotton 00:22, June 24, 2011 (UTC)
