Sorry, wasn't fully checking before:
- We have [We "Protect the people at a minute's notice." That's the idea, anyway.], but that's actually from an impersonator during the quest/random encounter "Preston Garvey Impersonator".
- Then ["Protect the people at a minute's notice." That was the idea. So I joined up, wanted to make a difference. And I did, but... things fell apart. Now it looks like I'm the last Minuteman left standing.] from Preston, during DialogueConcordArea.

Defend the Checkpoint (not only Minuetemen)[]
I finished with BoS and get these missions from them. Aren't these also radiant quests? HomerDOHSimpson (talk) 11:48, March 25, 2016 (UTC)
Defended against Mirelurks?[]
There is a line that the Castle prevented the mire lurks from entering the armoury successfully. This was not the point! The General thought super mutants were attacking, not Mirelurks. He didn't want the Super Mutants having access to the weaponry. The wording should be changed to imply that the measures were not necessary. What would the mirelurks dovish the weaponry anyway? The article reads very silly at that point. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.149.174.35 (talk • contribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~!
Inaccurate logo/flag recreation, needs fixing[]

Just yet another case of a "first glance"/"from memory" recreation that has fairly significant issues regarding proportions and fine details; noticed it while I was doing some texturing for a mod I'm working on. Specifically the musket is completely different; seems like it may just be a clipart musket edited in. If nobody else wants to take a crack at a more accurate version I might do it on my own time, eventually.-- DirtyBlue929 (talk) 02:33, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
- Just a minor update for my own amusement; I found the exact clipart that was used on the first page of google; it lines up perfectly when lightly resized and reproportioned. Luckily for us it's free and creative commons so we're not facing any potential legal issues by the current image using it; still not great IMO.-- DirtyBlue929 (talk) 02:59, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
Unknown minutemen members[]
someone added some members of the minutemen who are called Susan Hailey and Bryce Tucker but there is nothing online or in my memory that tells me any information about them or they even exist. are they from a fallout board game? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fire Pig Man (talk • contribs) 14:08, 16 December, 2024. Capitalization[]
I disagree with the notion that "Minuteman" is considered a generic character like "raider." They are members of a specific faction and should be considered a proper noun the same way as Triggerman, Regulator, Forged, Operator, etc. If a singular Minuteman should be decapitalized, then shouldn't this be applied to the others as well? This isn't even consistent within the article. --Skire (talk) 20:33, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
- Perhaps they should be, but this is also in line with their real life counterparts as well as other factions in the games. Things like soldier, paladin, knight and scribe are also not capitalized. Great Mara (talk) 21:34, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
- Real-world minutemen are a generic term used to refer to various militias across various conflicts. The Minutemen in this page are referring to members of a specific named faction (i.e. Commonwealth Minutemen) and it is not comparable to terms such as soldier, scribe, etc. The other factions that I have referenced above are all capitalized properly. --Skire (talk) 22:19, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
- But it's exactly comparable to other profession titles. And is directly comparable to soldier, police officer, sailor, etc. Great Mara (talk) 23:15, 4 January 2025 (UTC)

- You're both correct. Many of the minutemen that we see, are only loosely affiliated with the Commonwealth Minutemen and would be something tantamount to independent contractors, or those who have simply adopted the banner for a common yet personal goal. Whether the title is genericized or not is nuanced as such. 寧靜
