Looks like a BAR?Edit

Looks alot more like a ppsh to me...

First sign your posts, second it really does not look like the russian PPSh, if anything the PPSh looks similar to the BAR. the combat rifle with the long barrel and full stock mods looks very similar to the BAR. even the standard mag is the appropriate 20 round box. Only huge differences between this and it's real life counterpart are, you cannot add a pistol grip to the rifle(colt monitor variant), its chambered for .45 caliber rounds and it is lacking the signature bi-pod. --Kage Yojimbo (talk) 20:17, November 25, 2015 (UTC)

It looks like a combination of the BAR and PPSh-41. The upper part of the receiver, stock and trigger seem to be derived from the PPSh-41, whereas the barrel and lower part of the receiver seemed to be derived from the M1918 BAR. The PPSh-41 inspiration is more obvious in the combat shotgun (when equipped with a short/long barrel, full stock and compensator), but both the combat shotgun and combat rifle share the same receiver and stock. --SgtByrd (talk) 14:40, November 29, 2015 (UTC)

I'd say it looks like some sort of Heckler & Koch G3 prototype or some sort of FN FAL prototype, because I don't think a normal rifle's lower barrel looks like the Combat Rifle's. (LordManiac69 (talk) 11:51, April 24, 2017 (UTC))

.38 version Edit

Is it the best choice to arm sttlers or hunter rifle is better? 13:49, November 26, 2015 (UTC)

Damage figures Edit

The receiver-specific damage numbers don't seem to be right. With Rifleman 5/5 (+100% damage), Standard receiver shows 66 damage, so the page does appear correct (33 base). However, the .308 receiver shows 114 damage, which would be 57 base (+24, not +42 as listed on the page). The Powerful and Calibrated Powerful show 49 base, which is +16 and not +28 as listed in the table. Rynasi (talk) 05:45, April 1, 2016 (UTC)

Advanced Receiver Edit

The Combat Rifle doesn't have an advanced receiver. Neither does Automatron add one. This is totally false information, so why is it on the wiki? —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~!
