No Raiders[]
Regarding to "If all the members of the "Pillars of Community" are killed, raiders may spawn at the theater later on." Has this actually ever been verified? I have in two playthroughs killed all members. The only thing i have ever witnessed are their ever respawning corpses and exactly ONE low level Raider. This reads as if there should be 5+ or so.
