Doesn't Caroline Saunders sound an awful lot like Gates McFadden? Considering that Patrick Stewart was a voice actor in Oblivion, and that Michael Dorn is supposed to make some voice acting in Fallout: New Vegas, it's not impossible that McFadden did the voice acting for Saunders. I can't, however, find any information online to prove or disprove this.
