Power must be active?[]
This article says "The Nuka-World power plant must be active for the elevator to function." That doesn't match my experience. I just took the elevator up to the treehouse and I definitely have not activated the Nuka-World power plant yet. Unless there's some other elevator at this location I haven't noticed?
