base ID invalid, charecteristics empty, etc. empty, but effects filled in?! (serious overhaul of FO4, please) Edit

Seriously? You can list the effects but not GBO the object or have the faintest where you found it? For as polished as the fallout wiki is, fallout 4 seems to be the biggest mystery of all to contributors, the quality of information provided on fallout 4 content is so lackluster, I might as well be using an binding of isaac wiki which is speculation on items effects. And why do half the pages say upcoming content when the game is already fully out for 50 bucks on steam? Serious overhualing and effort needs to happen. 06:26, November 17, 2015 (UTC) editor email:

Are you feeling ok? Not all people editing the wiki play this game on the PC. I'm an Xbox One user if you'd like to know. So if you want an ID of an item, go find out yourself. Fallout 4 is a new game, and thus the info added to it will not be totally complete. The template was from before the game came out and can be removed now. If you'd like to contribute some good edits, go right ahead. If you'd like to complain about Fallout 4 pages, this is not the place. {{SUBST:Signature|Kennyannydenny}} 13:50, November 17, 2015 (UTC)
Give it some time dude, Fallout 4 hasn't been out long enough to know every little detail like in the others.

Is this possibly one of the rarest items in the game? I'm level 32 and have just found my first in the Med-Tek Research building.Riskyj (talk) 00:24, January 8, 2016 (UTC)

I imagine it is. There are no permanent locations for it, and the loot packages it can spawn in are all rare spawns, which few things pull from the rare spawn list. It's probably one of the rarest items that's not unique. --Xernoc (talk) 00:28, January 8, 2016 (UTC)
I'm at level 77 and only found ONE so far ; it was sold by Carrington, the Railroad doctor. He has never again had it for sale. Only the single occasion. Joose Paskahousu (talk) 11:16, January 23, 2016 (UTC)
I imagine that Calmex is probably a level-dependent item. Found it for the first time at level 33, in Thicket Excavation quarry, after Sully turned the place into a Raider playground. It's pretty useful for stealthy gamers, and I'm a bit disappointed that it can't be crafted at a Chemistry Workbench.
I found my first syringe of Calmex off a Radscoprion Hunter in the Glowing Sea. I'm level 75 and I'm 150 hours into my current playthrough. -- 14:26, January 9, 2017 (UTC)
Im level 250'ish with 500 hours worth gaming time; currently only have 5 Calmexs' in my chem storage. --Falconeye (talk) 22:04, April 19, 2017 (UTC)

only in Fallout 3Edit

at the top it's labeled as only being in fallout 3 while it's neither only in fallout 3 nor is it in fallout 3 period. I know it's really easy to edit, but I don't know how to change the game labeling thing

Available in Settlement shops? Edit

Can anyone confirm whether this drug can appear on a Settlement shop's stock? Maybe with a specific Settler working in the Surgery Center? -- 14:31, January 9, 2017 (UTC)

My Level 4 chem merchant sold it on one occasion. --Falconeye (talk) 21:59, April 19, 2017 (UTC)
