magna carta

How come this one is flagged as a Quest item (and therefore cannot be dropped) and the magna carta isn't. I rather like the magna carta as an item in my apartment and i want the bill of rights as well, is there anyway to negate the quest item effect so i can drop it? - PS3 user - Bio Enhancment 411 16:04, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Haggling
