Audio QualityEdit

I've noticed that the I need alcohol, man! I'm gonna die if I don't get a drink! part of File:FNV_BillRonte_NeedAlcohol.ogg from the rotating content has some weird distortion issues. I've verified this on two separate browsers on two separate computers (Chrome and Firefox on Win10, Chrome and Safari on OS X), but can anybody else verify this?
