Skill % Increase

I removed the part that said that the book improved Science by 1%. The % increase seems to vary depending on how high the skill already is. I'm not sure, but I think the increase starts at 15% and drops to 1-2% by the time the skill reaches ~120%. Luvere (talk) 14:51, May 7, 2013 (UTC)
