Resupply
The page implies that he offers supplies every three days but it seems to be much longer than that. Perhaps a week or more? 68.144.86.69 02:15, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
One thing to make sure of is that you aren't wearing any faction armor that is hostile to the Legion. 1st Recon Beret, for example, is NCR. I don't think Atticus will re-supply if you're wearing it. 24.242.9.225 04:47, July 30, 2013 (UTC)
Not appearing
I've waited for a week and he hasn't shown up once. I saw the PS3 bug but I have the Ultimate addition so I've always had all add-ons installed.
