Bug

I added the bug to the page. This has happened to me on several occasions. The first time, he sent me to Croup Manor, long after I cleared it. When I showed up, I wondered how I'd complete the quest since the place already had settlers. AS a man of science, I discovered killing the settlers counts as killing ghouls.
