I make things. Things for the store. Oh, I'm Talia. It's so nice to meet you.— Talia McGovern

Talia McGovern is a woman living in Covenant in 2287.

Talia is a craftswoman, making tools and weapons for Penny Fitzgerald. She acts kind and compassionate towards others but has a deep fear of synths.[1] It is implied that she lost her family to synths, like many other members of Covenant. Other residents of Covenant allege that she is promiscuous with visiting caravan members.[2]

Penny Fitzgerald: "They were very... fragrant."
    Covenant settler: "And those guards..."
Penny Fitzgerald: "I got the shivers just looking at them. But, oh no, that didn't stop Talia."
    Covenant settler: "What?"
Penny Fitzgerald: "All I know is the guest bunk's lights were on well into the wee hours. And that morning I saw Talia slinking out."
    Covenant settler: "You didn't?"
Penny Fitzgerald: "I swear I did. And Talia was nothing but sunshine and roses that day."
    Covenant settler: "Mousy little Talia?"
Penny Fitzgerald: "Don't let her fool you. She's a minx."
