Start the quest by interacting with the audio box at the Pioneer Scout camp archery range (the archery range is up a hill on the southwest side of the camp).

Using a crossbow, shoot a bullseye on each of the five targets which appears within 1 minute 30 seconds. Do not leave the shooting area during this time.
