T-65 power armor, or Secret Service power armor, is a set of power armor introduced in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.

Characteristics

A set of power armor owned by the remnants of the pre-War Secret Service in Appalachia.

The T-65 power armor is highly bulky, even for power armor. The helmet has heavily separated eyepieces rather than a single visor. The chest plate appears to be composed of two separate pieces. Although a suit of T-65 is generally bulkier than its contemporaries, armor on the forearms is significantly lighter compared to other areas on the armor. In terms of protective properties, the armor offers the highest protection against ballistic and energy weapon attacks out of any power armor in the game and the second-highest protection against radiation after the Strangler heart power armor making it a good all-around choice for high-level power armor players.

Locations

To purchase the plans for the T-65 power armor, player characters must have completed the quest All That Glitters for the settlers at Foundation or the quest Secrets Revealed for the raiders at Crater and have unlocked the gold bullion currency system. The plans for the T-65 power armor can then be bought from Regs from inside Vault 79.

Notes

  • As with all other bullion-exclusive items, the plans and individual pieces of T-65 power armor are non-tradeable.
  • Purchasing the camouflage paint skin from the Atomic Shop will allow players to craft the camouflage T-65 jetpack mod without needing to know the plan
