The synth cafeteria worker (named synth in-game) is a generation 2 synth merchant in The Institute's concourse in 2287. He sells Institute food packets and Institute bottled water.
Background[]
When the Sole Survivor first walks into the cafeteria, this synth can be seen being complained to by an Institute scientist for not having a food supplement that he wants. Otherwise, the synth has no unique dialogue.
