Sydney Wolfram is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as a world builder and additional area designer.

Work on the Fallout series[]
Wolfram served as a level designer and world builder for the base game and its add-ons. Wolfram's contributions included designing primary locations, writing design documents and quests, implementing scripted events and setting up AI behavior.[1] Wolfram was responsible for the implementation of Vault 19 and Vault 34.[2] Wolfram also provided art support for the dog tag fist and Recompense of the Fallen.[3]
Wolfram is included in the "Special Thanks" section of the All Roads graphic novel.[4] In the base game, Wolfram was credited as an additional area designer alongside being a world builder; the "additional" part of this credit was changed out with the add-on credits.
