Svetlana is a Soviet Miss Nanny that was cut from the Fallout 76 update Wild Appalachia.
Background[]
A Miss Nanny reprogrammed by Soviet covert operatives, Svetlana was planned to oversee a secret training ground that permitted residents to become Soviet double agents (for some reason, as the mission log notes).[1][2] Svetlana's lines were delivered in stereotypical broken English and a heavy Russian accent.
