Background[]
Sven was the manager of Doc Phosphate's Saloon in Dry Rock Gulch. He denied Vinny's request to sell food to buffer the alcoholic effects of Nuka-Cola Dark, due to the financial implications that it would have on him personally. He also suggested that Jenny, an underage employee, fill in for Barb when she quit.[1]
