The surgery chair is a constructible settlement object added with the Fallout 4 add-on Vault-Tec Workshop.
Description[]
Pre-War surgical equipment used for minor alterations to a person's appearance instead of serious medical issues.
Once a settler is assigned to it, the player character can use the surgery chair to receive reconstructive surgery that would otherwise require the help of already-established surgeons like Doc Crocker in Diamond City; unlike his services, any facial reconstruction performed using the surgery chair is done free of charge.
A manned surgery chair will also periodically generate 2 income for a settlement.

The surgery chair can be located in the menu under Resources → Miscellaneous in the workshop.

Notes[]
Humanoid companions can be assigned to the surgery chair and will stay there like any other settler, but will keep their follower dialogue options, thereby making it impossible to use the chair.
