The Super Stimpike is a unique version of the spear. It has a metal haft, and stimpaks affixed at the tip instead of a blade.
It comes with the following legendary effects:
- Medic's: Attacks will heal friendly targets by 5% health.
- Rapid: 25% weapon speed.
- Defender's: -40% damage taken while power attacking.
This weapon may not be rerolled.
