Sullivan's is an unmarked location in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston in 2287. It is west of the Castle.

The small diner's exterior and interior are both very damaged. In the north corner of the diner, a Cherry Bomb can be found smashed into the building. The interior consists of a counter and a kitchen. There is also an outdoor seating area.

- Taking Independence: Preston Garvey and the other Commonwealth Minutemen use this location as a staging ground for their efforts to retake the Castle.
- Old Guns: Ronnie Shaw has the Sole Survivor use Sullivan's as target practice for the re-acquired artillery guns.

Behind the scenes[]
The full name of the diner is "Sullivan's," but this cannot be seen in-game since one can only read "ivan's" on the sign. It is based on the real-world Sullivan's diner, located at the same spot near Fort Independence.
