There's nowhere to hide from explosive good taste. Boom! Sugar Bombs!— Tagline, Fallout - A Special LIVE Report from Galaxy News

Sugar Bombs are a consumable item found in Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76.

Marketed across the United States as having an "explosive great taste," the Sugar Bombs contain no explosives, but an overabundance of sugar frosting on each of the uniquely shaped wheat cereals, resembling the Fat Man, or perhaps more relevantly, a mini nuke. Served with milk, it made for a breakfast full of carbohydrates and little else. It was marketed at children, with added promotions to increase sales, such as Captain Cosmos decoder rings.[1]

Interestingly, the ingredients used in the bombs make them an ingredient for manufacturing high-end drugs[2] and a tool for sabotage, as they can cause violent explosions when introduced to rocket fuel mixes.[3]

Sugar Bombs[]

Sugar Bombs are mildly useful food items, which provide only a small amount of Hit Points when consumed. In Fallout: New Vegas, Sugar Bombs are individually distinct from most other "basic" food items; they now provide a limited boost to the player character's maximum Action Points.

Irradiated Sugar Bombs[]

The irradiated variant appears in the game as a normal box of Sugar Bombs, but it has absorbed an amount of radiation. They are rare and found in a few most irradiated spots in the Mojave wasteland.

Fallout Shelter Online introduces five flavored variants of Sugar Bombs, representing the force point currency.
