The note can be found in AMS corporate headquarters, in one of the labs on the third floor. It is opposite a mole rat corpse in a cage.

Observation: Severe mutation consistent with advanced doses of radiation.
Conclusion: Ultracite contains highly dense radioactive energy. Even burning a small amount releases enough to serve a variety of industrial applications. Recommend greenlight to all proposed projects.
