The stun baton is a cut weapon in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
The stun baton was intended to serve as the unique non-playable melee weapon for ED-E while he is an active companion before it was cut during development.
When equipped and used by the player it will show nothing in the player's hands. When attacking an inanimate object a spark effect is produced, and when used on a non-player character they will suffer from the same incendiary effect as the flamer or shishkebab.
Durability[]
The stun baton can successfully strike a total of about 495 times from full condition before breaking.
Notes[]
In the G.E.C.K. it has the editor ID "EDEStunBaton". It also has an upgraded version called "Electrical Zap", a name shared with ED-E's laser beam attack.
