Strange meat pie is a consumable in Fallout 3.

Strange meat, which is actually human flesh that has been ground up and baked into a pie, restores some of the Lone Wanderer's Hit Points, but also incurs a small amount of radiation.[Non-game 1]

- Linda Smith in Andale will provide one free strange meat pie every day, if the Lone Wanderer agrees to keep the town's secret of cannibalism to themselves.
In the basement of the trapper's shack, in the left broken cooler.
