Stolen feed is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.
Location[]
This note can be found on top of a crate, behind the brahmin pen, on the ground floor of Highway Town.

I've had another two sacks of Brahmin feed stolen - the town folk must be getting desperate if they want to eat that shit. We're gonna have to buy double when the traders return. Hungry Brahmin are difficult to work with as it is, and the dead ones ain't lifting a thing.
