Steve was an employee of Big Al's Tattoo Parlor in Morgantown that drafted advertisements for the company.
Background[]
While the tattoo parlor was experiencing low interest and a lack of customers, Steve made a number of futile attempts at advertising. After 37 drafts, he was writing nonsense out of pure frustration with his job and the fear of being fired.[1]
