Stella is the owner of a truck stop in the Texas Wasteland.
Background[]
Stella is the owner of a truck stop north of Lubbock.[1] It is an old gas station with the pumps replaced with feeding troughs, that sort of thing.[2]
Interactions with the player character[]
When the player character asks Stella about the Jackals that attacked their squad, she will point them east to the nearby junkyard which was recently invaded in order to scavenge parts. She also warns about the giant naked molerats in the area.[2]

Stella was to appear in the canceled Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2.
