Steeped aster tea is a consumable item in Fallout 76.
Characteristics
Aster, mutated fern flowers and ginseng have been steeped in boiling water to make a tea. When consumed, it hydrates, heals for 25 Hit Points and increases Intelligence by 1. However, it is still slightly irradiated and will give the consumer 1 Rad.
