Starport Nuka is a location in Nuka-World in 2287.

Background[]

Starport Nuka was a museum of military and space-like technology. It was from here that all of the Galactic Zone robots were controlled and monitored before the Great War.[1] The building houses a suit of custom Quantum X-01 power armor on display to guests. Due to having a sponsorship by the U.S. Military,[2] Nuka-World managed to get this power armor early on, before the Great War. There is also an elevator with an observation deck with a view of a good portion of the park, which is only available after restoring power to the park.[3]

Layout[]

The structure has two levels, plus an observation deck on the top level that is only accessible once the power for Nuka-World has been restored or with power armor equipped with a jet pack.[3]

The first level features a large sealed glass case containing a set of X-01 power armor with a Nuka-Cola Quantum-themed paint job. The back of the room is occupied by the mainframe computer the Sole Survivor must repair for the Star Control quest. The power armor will be accessible once all 35 star cores are located and installed.

The second level is connected to other sections of the park via walkways that extend from both sides, as well as exterior ramps that allow access to the first level. These ramps are typically patrolled by eyebots.

Notable loot[]

  • Four star cores - throughout the location:
    • One outside, next to the body of a trader near the dumpsters past the Employees Only gates behind the Starport, in the same area as SCAV! issue #1.
    • One on the first level, next to the body of a trader in front of the Star Control mainframe.
    • One on the second level, in an Advanced-locked display case. The key is on the desk next to the manager's terminal behind the Employees Only Novice-locked door nearby.
    • One on the top level. Only accessible once power has been restored to the park after completing Power Play or Open Season, or with power armor equipped with a jet pack.
  • Hidden Cappy clue - Outside, on the wall next to the southern Employees Only gate behind the Starport.
  • SCAV! issue #1 - Outside, on a wooden crate next to an explosives box past the Employees Only gates behind the Starport.
  • Mark's log - On the first level, on the control panel to the right of the Star Control mainframe.
  • Mini nuke - On the second level, in the locked display case with the star core.
  • T-51 power armor helmet - On the second level, next to the locked display case with the star core.
  • Galactic Zone manager's key - On the second level, on the desk next to the manager's terminal behind the Employees Only Novice-locked door. Opens gates and a display case.
  • Nuka-Cade tickets roll - On the second level, behind the Employees Only Novice-locked door. It contains between 750 and 1000 tickets.
  • Quantum X-01 power armor - On the first level, in a sealed display case in front of the Star Control mainframe. Requires all 35 star cores to open.
  • Nuka-Cola Victory - Two, for the first one, take the elevator in the center. Once you reach the top, head right and there's two skeletons sitting on a bench, with the bottle next to them. Another one on the first floor, in a display case.
  • Nuka-Cola Quantum and Nuka-Cherry - In the same display case.
  • Nuka-Cola Dark - In a maintenance shack with some dead traders at ground level.
  • Nuka-Cola Orange - One on a table in the employee area of Starport Nuka, behind the fence that unlocks with the manager's key.
  • Nuka-Cola lunchbox - In a locker and on a shelf in a nearby shed.
