Squirrel stew is a food item found in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
When consumed, it restores 1 Hit Point per second and lasts for 5 seconds, but also gives one a small amount of radiation. It can also reduce Starvation by a fair amount in Hardcore mode.

Notes
Despite being a common ingredient, live squirrels are never actually seen anywhere in the game.
