Spore carrier sap is a consumable item in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.

It has a minor healing effect of 1 hit point per second over 4 seconds which increases up to 3 points per second with higher Survival skill. In Hardcore mode it also reduces Starvation by a small amount.
