Spoiled bio fluid is a consumable in Fallout 76.

Spoiled bio fluid will appear in the player character's inventory whenever a jar of bioluminescent fluid has fully decayed. It can then be used as a consumable item, however, this will only slightly quench thirst for a relatively low amount of rads.
